Reminder: Walk and Talk

Please see below details for a Walk and Talk event that we are holding this week:

Walk and Talk is an initiative which aims to tackle violence against women and girls (VAWG) by inviting women to meet with female officers to go for a walk and have a chat about any concerns they have around safety in their neighbourhood.

Officers will be on hand to discuss concerns about general safety, anti-social behaviour, sexual and domestic abuse offences. It also gives members of the public the opportunity to point out areas where they may feel unsafe in their community such as poor street lighting.
